About Me
I spent the first 17 years of my career managing global iconic brands within a fortune 100 company in both B2B and B2C businesses. There, I was responsible for the P&L, new product innovation as well as annual strategic and operational planning of my respective portfolios. I then made the leap to the fast-paced world of digital healthcare, where I led the marketing function within emerging and mid-sized businesses. In this realm, my focus was brand, go-to-market planning, content strategy and sales enablement.
Today, I spend my time helping companies elevate their marketing competencies with a focus on helping them humanize their brands, making them more relatable and compelling to their customers. I enjoy the front-end work of mapping a customer’s situational analysis so we have a complete picture of their landscape, and then putting all the puzzle pieces together to create the marketing strategy. I get energized seeing the potential and uncovering winnable areas then building out the initiatives that can help my clients be more successful. I dig deep to find the opportunities that will be the most impactful and then help get them off the ground.
What I love most about my work? Being able to bring my expertise gained from years in corporate marketing to smaller organizations who need those skills, but might not have the capabilities on their team – or just can't justify the headcount. My accessible, collaborative and slightly less formal approach invites honest conversations that enable us to quickly expose the issues so we can immediately begin identifying opportunities. Nothing fills my cup more than adding tangible value to organizations who are eager to level up their marketing impact.
